About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure & Platform, you will define and own the roadmap for one or more core infrastructure domains (such as notification platform, documents platform, user management, etc.). You will deeply engage with internal stakeholders (engineering leads, vertical PMs, operations) and our customers to drive discovery and specification. Your role will involve driving initiatives end-to-end: from ideation, discovery, scoping, to launch, adoption, and iteration. You will work directly with customers/stakeholders (sometimes on-site at their operations) so that your deliverables are finely tuned to their unique and complex processes. Ensuring infrastructure is resilient, scalable, observable, and secure is crucial, balancing performance, reliability, and long-term extensibility. You will lead discovery for complex customer processes, conduct customer interviews, and complete process mapping across multiple customers of varying profiles. You should have a deep ability to map processes and systems even in high ambiguity, and be able to write clear, structured product specs and user stories that are easy to understand, even for someone without any domain knowledge. Partnering closely with engineering leadership and architects to make tradeoffs on design, performance, scale, and technical debt is essential. Additionally, you will evangelize infrastructure best practices across the organization and influence roadmap tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS products, product infrastructure, and platforms.
• Strong technical fluency with systems, APIs, and data models.
• Excellent customer discovery skills, including conducting interviews and writing journey maps.
• Track record of shipping infrastructure or platform features with measurable impact.
• Highly structured thinker with the ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy and ambiguity.
• Strong collaboration skills to manage stakeholders and drive alignment.
