Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. Shorts' mission is to give everyone a voice and show them the world through short-form video. We seek to provide people with a safe, entertaining, and informative feed of videos that they can find value in. In this position, you will be instrumental in refining the algorithms that curate the Shorts feed for viewers. Your contributions will make the feed more accessible and genuine by prioritizing user-generated content. You will play a key role in introducing new and casual users to Shorts, fostering their initial discovery. You will help us gain deeper insights into viewer interests through proactive exploration and facilitate stronger connections between viewers and creators by promoting more profound video engagement. Responsibilities
