As a Senior Product Manager - Windows 365, you will get an amazing opportunity to demonstrate leadership at both business and technology level. You will get to extend your knowledge of desktop virtualization and technical areas including Windows, Office, and our cloud-based management suite, and drive product improvements into Azure and M365. You will be part of a team designing new capabilities for our core products to enhance the value to our customer base. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in product/service/project management or software development OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including successful product launches.
• 2+ years of experience designing and delivering Cloud and SaaS products.
• Practical understanding of generative AI and agentic work models.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience building platforms for API partner integrations.
• Agile mindset with a proactive approach to ambiguity.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and product delivery.
• Background in operating systems, software, and services or similarly complex technical domains.
• Effective documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in business programs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Competitive and market assessment for new product features and consensus building with senior leadership on product strategy.
• Requirements analysis from Customers and other partner teams, identifying the main drivers of long-term growth in the area.
• Product/feature specifications development with stringent focus on quality, performance, and ease of use.
• Collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, Design and Support teams to develop feature prioritization and roadmap.
• Delivery of high value features in collaboration with Engineering.
• Speaking engagements at 1:1 and 1: many customer events for the specific area you are responsible for.
