About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager (Web) to take ownership of our ecommerce platform and digital customer experience. You’ll work closely with the CTO and leadership team to translate business strategy into a clear, actionable web roadmap. Your job is to create clarity across ecommerce, marketing, design, and engineering and help us continuously improve the customer journey from discovery to checkout. This role is not a gatekeeping layer between teams and stakeholders, it’s an amplifier. You’ll reduce reactive noise, create clarity around priorities, and help the team stay focused on initiatives that compound over time. You’ll collaborate deeply across marketing, creative, and tech, and build a web product system that becomes a model for how we ship at Cozey.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled at structuring processes where none exists, you bring order, clarity, and focus to complex work.
  • Strong communicator who can align and influence vertically and horizontally across the organization.
  • Confident operating at both strategic (long-term roadmap) and executional (project delivery) levels.
  • Adept at balancing competing priorities and managing trade-offs thoughtfully.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and building process where there is none.
  • Passionate about improving how teams work, collaborate, and deliver.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the ecommerce website roadmap.
  • Drive improvements across the full customer journey.
  • Establish Cozey’s web product development lifecycle to define how planning, prioritization, and execution work across teams.
  • Lead planning cycles: run quarterly planning, sprint rituals, and roadmap reviews.
  • Partner cross-functionally: collaborate with marketing, CX, creative, ecommerce, and design to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Define scope and execution: write specs, facilitate decision-making, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Reduce friction and ambiguity: clarify ownership, align expectations, and streamline delivery.
  • Measure impact: validate launches with feedback and data to ensure meaningful outcomes.
  • Champion continuous improvement: refine how Cozey builds products, not just what we build.
