We’re looking for a strategic and technical product leader with a track record of building cybersecurity services that meet customer needs. You’ll combine business acumen, technical expertise, and a big-picture vision to work across Product, Operations, and Engineering. Your role will involve defining product strategy, leading design and planning discussions and decisions, and developing and bringing to market a consolidated Exposure Management portfolio of services.   • Research, develop, and propose a comprehensive strategy for advancing Sophos’ Exposure Management portfolio, informed by market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
  • Own product management for legacy vulnerability management solutions, leading end-of-life planning and execution while guiding seamless customer migrations to next-generation offerings
  • Take a customer-first approach, engaging with CISOs, vulnerability management teams and security analysts to understand their challenges and evolving needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Managers and teams to identify synergies, flag dependencies, and deliver seamless cross-product and cross-business unit initiatives
  • Stay ahead of the competition, analyzing market trends, identifying gaps, and ensuring our Exposure Management portfolio remains competitive and differentiated.
  • Execute upon the roadmap strategy by defining requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Establish and grow strategic partner collaborations in support of portfolio objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales engineering teams, product marketing, business operations and other teams to execute on key product priorities.
  • Manage senior leadership expectations, providing clear status updates, action plans, and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure smooth execution of product roadmaps, addressing challenges proactively, and escalating critical issues when necessary.
  • Act as the key product point of contact throughout the product delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum in all initiatives.
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Product Manager within cybersecurity products and services. particularly in Vulnerability and Exposure Management, Cloud and Identity configuration management, and/or related security solutions.
  • Experience bringing services to market including designing offerings, developing pricing, creating sales and marketing materials, and enabling sellers and partners.
  • Experience with security technologies such as XDR, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, MDR, and forensic tools.
  • Interest in GenAI technology and its potential applications in cybersecurity operations.
  • Knowledge of Threat Intelligence, including threat hunting, IoCs, and TTPs.
  • Regularity of knowledge and understanding of GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2 and other cyber security frameworks.
  • Understanding of working in collaboration with a diverse range of business functions and customers to drive change and achieve delivery.
  • Proven track record of preparing and presenting a strategy, roadmap, prioritizing product backlog, and working on product strategy.
  • The ability to weigh critical, well-informed trade-offs and have the data points to defend those decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills to interface successfully with many stakeholders across multiple time zones and functional domains.
