The Senior Product Manager at Verity Solutions will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for one or more products within the pharmaceutical supply chain sector. This role requires a strong passion for technology and the ability to lead a product from concept to launch while managing its continued success. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance existing products and introduce innovative solutions to the market.

  • Define and communicate a vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for new and existing products.
  • Deliver detailed product documentation with prioritized features and justification based on business value, product strategy, and roadmap.
  • Communicate with customers (internal & external) to gain feedback on user product experiences and opportunities.
  • Ensure correct features are identified, considering customers, operations, sales, finance, and related lines of business.
  • Prioritize and negotiate to build the best possible set of features to be included and developed in new products.
  • Assist/develop/coordinate new idea reviews and recommendations, concept and design development, project management, and market introduction.
  • Assist/develop product profiles, competitive analysis, presentations, demos, white papers, and product updates for organizational marketing materials.
  • Synthesize relevant data to generate insights that inform understanding of problems, product performance, strategy, and KPIs.
  • Partner with Marketing to coordinate external messaging and expression of product/feature value propositions.
  • Partner with Finance on estimating product demand, profitability, and establishing pricing.
  • Present to the Senior Leadership team as necessary.
  • Represent Verity Solutions at industry trade group meetings and presentations as requested.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product management.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform product strategy and performance.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with 340B program compliance and its implications for the pharmaceutical supply chain.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
