The Workday UI Platform team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to focus on driving and delivering platform capabilities that power the Workday product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and ship capabilities that empower customers to transform their businesses with AI, enable scale and speed to market, and drive product adoption and growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager for enterprise products
  • 2+ years of experience delivering AI-based user-facing experiences
  • 3+ years of experience creating platform strategy and roadmap
  • BS / BA in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Identify high impact opportunities to evolve the existing platform leveraging AI
  • Drive the product definition and delivery of platform capabilities
  • Analyze data to establish, monitor and measure metrics that influence decision-making
  • Function as a central resource with research, design, development, and automation engineers as the product(s) move through their lifecycle
  • Identify and resolve issues that may hinder the team's ability to meet strategic and technical goals
  • Research industry and technological trends
  • Prioritize features, bugs and partner with engineering to manage remediation and release process
  • Act as the ‘voice of the customer' (and reason) during product development
  • Promote high team morale, engagement and momentum
