Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of Medical Device Marketing/Business experience required Experience managing products that are procedurally oriented, preferably within Interventional or Vascular disciplines Experience building relationships with key customers and cross-functional global partners focused on the sales organization KOL development Experience creating and executing impactful marketing plans, developing value propositions, positioning, and targeting across segments Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders Ability to travel up to 35%, inclusive of global MBA preferred Experience in leading a product launch and managing the programs needed to make a launch as impactful as possible, inclusive of tangible financial metrics Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent leadership skills as an individual contributor Ability to anticipate and act when empowered Strong problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
