Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for global payment solutions, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with Amazon’s strategic goals.
  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics, balancing technical feasibility with customer needs and business impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to architect scalable systems, prioritize technical requirements, and resolve dependencies across distributed systems.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders in engineering, compliance, UX, finance, and operations to deliver products on time and at global scale.
  • Champion customer-centric innovation by conducting market research, analyzing payment trends, and identifying opportunities to reduce friction in global transactions.
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing KPIs, monitoring performance, and iterating based on data insights and customer feedback.
  • Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of rigor, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
