About The Position

As Senior Product Manager – Small and Micro Business (SMB) Customer Retention, you will lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of Remitly's retention experience for business senders. This is a 0→1 product scope with limited existing structure—ideal for someone who succeeds in ambiguity and can build and broadcast strategic clarity. You will understand the moments, motivations, and barriers that create (or hinder) continued engagement and long-term value (LTV) among small and micro business customers. You will define what healthy retention is, uncover the biggest drop-off points in our business customer lifecycle, and build product hypotheses rooted in high-return on investment customer segments. You will report to the VP of Product Management. This role is hybrid with 2-3 days of work from our Seattle office to foster team collaboration.
