The Shopping Experience team is responsible for the end-to-end consumer journey for a single retailer across Instacart’s app, web, and white-label experiences—from storefront through the order status page. We also oversee key horizontal and 0→1 efforts including Family, Health, Meals/Recipes, Incentives UX, Shopping Lists, and Buy Now. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Order Experience: the critical surfaces and capabilities for cart, checkout, and the order status page. You will guide the product vision and roadmap for these transactional flows across both Instacart and our white-label retailer apps, partnering closely with 15 engineers, 1 data scientist, and 1 designer, as well as cross-functional partners in payments, operations, and support. This role is a high-impact opportunity to improve conversion, average order value, and post‑checkout satisfaction while simplifying complex experiences for consumers and retailers.
