About The Position

LoopNet is the leading online marketplace for commercial real estate, serving millions of searchers monthly—from tenants and investors to merchants and entrepreneurs. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the search experience across LoopNet, ensuring that every searcher can find a property or space that meets their unique criteria quickly and intuitively. As the PM for Searcher Experience, you will define and execute the strategy for our Search Results Page (SRP) and related discovery flows. Your primary responsibility will be to build a best-in-class search experience that drives engagement and conversion. As a spotlight within your scope, you will also design and deliver a coworking-specific search experience, addressing the unique needs of flexible office seekers. This position is located in Arlington, VA and in office Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, university or college.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplace or search-driven products.
  • Proven track record of delivering user-centric features that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to define KPIs and leverage data to inform decisions.
  • Experience working with design and engineering teams to ship high-quality products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate or willingness to quickly learn the domain.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

  • Experience with search algorithms, personalization, or large-scale data products.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for LoopNet’s search experience, including SRP, filters, and discovery tools.
  • Deeply understand the needs of diverse searcher segments (tenants, investors, merchants, etc.) and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Define and prioritize features that improve search relevance, personalization, and conversion.
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-performing search interfaces.
  • Develop a coworking-specific search experience that highlights flexible office options and differentiates LoopNet in this growing segment.
  • Establish success metrics and use data-driven insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, sales) to align search experience improvements with business goals.
  • Advocate for the searcher experience internally and ensure it remains a core pillar of LoopNet’s product strategy.
