About The Position

Pega is changing the way the world builds software. In this role, you'll help us define and deliver the next generation of the Pega Infinity platform, driving the no-code capabilities that enable our clients to build applications and rapidly deploy them in a matter of weeks. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Customer relationship management (CRM) and customer service technology.
  • 5 years of experience in software product management or engineering.
  • 3 years of experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • 3 years of experience with two or more of the following text analytics tools, technologies: Apache UIMA, Stanford CoreNLP, Apache OpenNLP, Apache Lucene & Solr, 'R', TensorFlow, pyTorch, JMP, MATLAB.
  • 3 years of experience working with one or more NLP mathematical models [Naïve-Bayes, Support Vector Machine, Maximum Entropy, kMeans, Conditional Random Probability (CRP)].

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical roadmap and implementation of NLP and text analytics features of the Pega Customer Service application including defining features and use cases for NLP, and architectural patterns and best practices that are applicable across the horizontal and vertical applications.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in text analytics and Natural Language Processing (NLP) and translate that thought leadership into products that result in increased sales and a market leadership position.
  • Maintain deep understanding of market trends, needs and issues for the assigned product.
  • Identify and research technology trends related to AI and NLP, as well as industry trends as they relate to Customer Service, CRM, and CRM technology.
  • Responsible for translating market and product understanding into a product vision, strategy and roadmap.
  • Provide guidance and thought leadership to sales and consulting teams.
  • Engage with clients, via sales and consulting teams, as part of sales and implementation cycles.
