We are a fast-paced team with varied strengths with presence in Shenzhen (China) and San Mateo (US).

Requirements

• Fluent in technology, preferably consumer IT platforms, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• A self-starter, with 5-7 years of experience in product management, in which you lead product development efforts that cut across multiple stakeholders and organizations.
• Experience building platforms and/or PMP or Six Sigma certified a plus.
• Passionate about working across functional teams to land a strategy and influence others to work on a common goal.
• Comfortable in navigating complexities and unknowns to help disambiguate and synthesize a holistic plan to drive execution.
• An effective communicator with great language skills in English (listening, oral, and written) and Chinese Mandarin (listening, oral).
• Open-minded and empathetic, with experience working across cross-geo and multicultural teams.
• Dynamic and flexible, who creates opportunity out of uncertainty and ambiguity (e.g. changing requirements or incomplete data).
• A problem solver, who approaches challenges with a logical and systematic framework.

Responsibilities

• Focus on end-to-end critical user journeys and identify product gaps across groups and opportunities to build a better global product.
• Distill customers and business requirements to formulate product opinions, and influence other product teams to incorporate them into roadmaps without direct authority.
• Research and better understand local user pain points and help inform the rest of the company how to build a better global platform.
• Work with a fast-paced multicultural team, across companies and time zones.
• Have the opportunity to travel to the Roblox China office in Shenzhen.
• Balance input from a wide variety of internal stakeholders and external partners with potentially competing priorities and timelines.
• Work closely with product owners, engineers, designers and analysts to drive the planning and execution of complex product requirements.
• Manage cross team dependencies, and coordinate cross-team initiatives and blocking issues.
