Responsible for RF Plasma Generation solution portfolio and related service globally in the Semiconductor domain and beyond in close cooperation with Business Unit functions and R D. Responsible for product and pricing strategies as well as the go-to-market approach for our solutions that outline scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets, while monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary. Present the solution portfolio to customers, conduct sales training, support our sales team during the proposal process, and assist system engineering in implementing solutions for our customers. Contribute to business plan development and communicate customer progress, challenges, and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels, fostering transparency, and ensuring alignment and support. Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, customer and competitor changes to maintain the company's competitive edge. Maximize the impact of investments by developing and executing strategic plans and roadmaps that drive innovation and growth. Design and manage marketing campaigns overseeing market communications, including the creation of high-quality marketing materials. Conduct risk analysis to identify potential risks and challenges and develop effective mitigation strategies. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate customer success and drive continuous improvement. Ensure R D activities comply with aligned delivery milestones, quality, cost, and schedule, including the proper documentation. Support analysis of current market and competitive conditions, derive system and portfolio strategies, create roadmaps and system requirements, and prioritize development activities in alignment with the Business Unit functions and R D teams.
