About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Revenue Innovation to join the Deposit Based Services team within Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL). This team is responsible for developing strategic product value propositions, customer experiences, and go‑to‑market strategies that drive customer engagement, balance growth, and high levels of customer satisfaction. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will focus on sustainably growing fee revenue through the creation and delivery of innovative products and services that provide meaningful value to customers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, with an emphasis on fee-based offerings.
  • Experience working with deposit products in a financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk considerations related to banking products.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver impactful, data-driven presentations to senior leaders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in product or program management, including development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Experience in strategic planning and financial analysis to support product and revenue decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze competitive landscapes and industry trends to inform strategic product decisions and identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to develop executive-level presentations using strong visualization and storytelling techniques to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the development of innovative products and services that drive sustainable fee revenue growth.
  • Deliver long-term, scalable solutions by evaluating global market dynamics, customer trends, regulatory considerations, and risk management requirements.
  • Assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product strategy and prioritization.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align product strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and execution of new revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Collaborate across Deposit Products, Payments, Digital, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Risk to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent customer experience.
  • Perform ongoing financial analysis and reporting to monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Support the development and optimization of pricing strategies for new and existing deposit-based fees.
