About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of innovative financial technology solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, finance, and marketing, to define product vision, optimize current solutions, and drive growth through new use cases and partnerships. You will analyze market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap. This role also involves representing products to clients, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and ensuring solutions are easy to adopt and deliver measurable impact. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, driving outcomes that matter to both the business and its customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally within financial services or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with financial data, product metrics, and market research to inform decision-making.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with debt collection or portfolio management products is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term product vision, informed by market analysis, regulatory landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering to identify areas for product improvement, design new features, and refine current offerings.
  • Partner across the business to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and expand product applicability through partnerships.
  • Lead product ideation and design using customer insights, market feedback, and subject matter expertise.
  • Represent products to current and prospective clients, communicating value propositions and product capabilities.
  • Report on financial performance, product roadmap, and sales pipeline to senior leadership.
  • Support financial planning and analysis of operating and capital budgets in partnership with finance and engineering teams.
