Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience on a product team within banking core or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lending and banking ecosystems.
  • Ability to communicate technical needs to engineers and strategic objectives to executives.
  • Experience in managing product backlogs and writing testable user stories.
  • Deep understanding of Lean Product Development principles.
  • Ability to function well in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Proven track record of delivering user-friendly solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills across various teams.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Git, and modern version management workflows.
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Natural curiosity and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine BNPL platform integrations with core banking systems.
  • Develop clear product roadmaps from business objectives and success metrics.
  • Ensure a healthy product backlog with clear acceptance criteria for engineering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and market penetration.
  • Transform ambiguous ideas into user-friendly, stable solutions.
  • Support stakeholder education and diligence conversations regarding platform capabilities.
