Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products and driving user growth.
  • Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of data technologies and AI concepts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on products with a strong focus on user experience and design.
  • Experience with experimentation methodologies and technology.
  • Experience driving company cross functional initiatives towards customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with the Snowflake platform and the broader data ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge in reimagining our user experiences with an AI-first approach.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven features that simplify complex workflows and enhance user productivity.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Own the product and platform for experimentation, user retention and feature activation.
  • Set and achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering to identify and prioritize platform improvements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points.
  • Be the voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Guide product development using customer insights.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring product vision to life.
  • Communicate strategy, align stakeholders, and ensure successful product launches.
