The Senior Manager for Private Wireless Access for WAN Solutions will hold the responsibility to coordinate the development and implementation of wireless access products within the US Domestic market, with a focus on TPV (Third-Party Vendor) access replacement strategies. Wireless Access is a critical component to the success of Verizon, and the rollout of the 5G network along with additional developments in Network Slicing and Layer 2 wireless solutions open a tremendous opportunity to provide leading access solutions to customers while driving costs down. A streamlined and coordinated Wireless Access product portfolio will enable Verizon to deliver to our customers more flexible, cost-efficient business solutions with a consistent experience. As a senior manager, you will be an integral part of the Verizon Business Group Product and Marketing organization that owns the customer experience, business model, P&L, product & feature development and prioritization of the product roadmap & marketing for impactful wireless access solutions. You will coordinate closely with the various product development teams, as well as customers, sales, solution architects, pricing teams and product marketing to define customer requirements for the streamlined wireless access offering. You will be essential in driving the aggressive adoption of wireless technology by our customers, and track the operational and financial benefits. Apply your knowledge of the global enterprise and public sector market, the wireless offering, the competition, regulatory and most importantly insights from customers to build and iterate on a global wireless access product strategy, in close alignment with your peers across the Product organization. Identify existing customer opportunities mapped to the relevant wireless access technology, pricing, and SLA. Coordinate across the multiple product development teams to create a single Go To Market strategy. Work with Business Transformation and the Sales organization to push the adoption of Verizon Wireless access as a valid alternative to TPV access. Work with the FWA core teams to set up consistent reporting on wireless access installed base customers, migrations and churn. Work with the Ethernet Access product team to recommend new terms and conditions allowing Verizon to move Ethernet Access to future Verizon wireless access solutions based on application and SLA requirements being met. Think out of the box, evaluate better combined wireline and wireless managed access solutions which can differentiate Verizon's NaaS offering globally. Always think customer and digital first when reviewing new capabilities to accelerate and or address gaps in the wireless access portfolio. Author collateral, FAQs, white papers, and presentations that can be leveraged across Verizon, external partners, and customers. Interact with senior level executives within Verizon and with customers to tie together the Verizon strategy goals with delivering on customer objectives.
