You'll work across teams to ensure a unified approach to sensitive data handling that scales with our growth and meets compliance requirements.
  • Communications & Compliance Own the notification system and communication channels that keep our platform running. This includes managing SMS as a channel—including 10DLC compliance in the US—email delivery, and other messaging infrastructure. You understand that communication channels aren't just features; they're regulated services that require proper compliance management and ongoing maintenance.
  • Logging, Observability & Data Drive the platform's logging infrastructure, observability capabilities, and data dashboard foundations. You'll ensure that internal teams and platform partners have the visibility they need to operate with confidence—from debugging transaction flows to monitoring system health and building meaningful analytics.
  • API Ecosystem & Developer Experience Champion the overall health and usability of our API ecosystem. You'll partner with engineering on API design, versioning, governance, and documentation—ensuring that both internal teams and external partners can build reliably on our platform.
