Requirements

  • Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap management, and product lifecycle oversight.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills to align product goals with business objectives.
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize complex requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Experience in designing scalable, modular product solutions with a focus on minimum viable products.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making and applying design thinking methodologies.
  • Knowledge of risk analysis, cost analysis, and agile user story creation.
  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage tradeoffs effectively.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products,

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap development to align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements, balancing stakeholder inputs to define minimum viable products.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through solution design, ensuring scalable, modular, and secure product architectures.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, driving continuous enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure code quality, testing coverage, and defect resolution.
  • Manage program metrics and deployment schedules to maintain product performance and delivery standards.
  • Facilitate risk identification and mitigation throughout product development phases.
