As a Senior Product Manager at TailorMed, you'll own part of TailorMed’s B2B and B2B2C product offerings, and own the design and delivery of a delightful user experience. Leveraging your product management expertise, you will play a pivotal role in executing our product strategy, guiding the roadmap, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and partners. This role requires a strong combination of product craftsmanship, data-driven decision-making, and business acumen, with a particular focus on building products that serve pharma and life sciences organizations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years in product management roles in digital health or healthcare technology.
B2B or B2B2C product experience.
Demonstrated strength in product analytics and data-driven decision-making, including experience with funnels, conversion metrics, experimentation, and translating insights into product improvements.
Builder mindset with experience taking products from zero to one, including early discovery, validation, and scaling.
Strong ability to connect product decisions to commercial outcomes and align market needs with product strategy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders, communicate complex concepts clearly, and influence decision-making across all organizational levels.
Experience working in agile environments and familiar with product management best practices and tools.

Responsibilities

Develop the life sciences sponsored B2B and B2B2C user experience, creating optimal user journeys that maximize adoption and successful outcomes.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from zero to one innovation through optimization, overseeing delivery, timeline management, and resource prioritization while mitigating risks.
Own product analytics and measurement for your domain, including defining KPIs, analyzing user behavior and conversion funnels, designing customer-facing dashboards, and using data to drive prioritization and experimentation.
Partner with engineering to translate market and business needs into clear product requirements, ensuring high quality feature delivery and customer expectations are met.
Collaborate across sales, marketing, customer success, and operations to align market needs, customer insights, and product direction while driving successful delivery.
Foster a culture of high standards, growth, and accountability, promoting shared ownership of product, customer, and business outcomes.
