About The Position
The Life Sciences team is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Pharma Digital Solutions to manage the ideation, development, market launch, and lifecycle of the Ecolab Pharma digital product offerings. This digital leader is responsible for commanding a deep understanding of market dynamics, owning and delivering digital solutions that support our external customers, while ensuring our internal teams are equipped to showcase and sell the value of our digital solutions. This key role will develop and oversee the innovation roadmap for digital products in the Life Sciences market segment. This person will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the market landscape and customer processes and needs, to accelerate and drive the innovation pipeline forward. This person will lead cross-functional teams to accelerate digitally-enabled programs to drive success from concept phase to commercialization. This role will report into Ecolab's digital organization and collaborate closely with Pharma and Personal Care business cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, customer digital solutions (CDS), RD&E, and others.
