The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Personalization to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution of our next-gen personalization systems across menu ranking, recommendations, search, predictive preferences, and adaptive UI. This role will own the personalization engine across the entire eater journey—from week-1 onboarding through long-term engagement—and will work cross-functionally with ML, engineering, data science, design, and our culinary teams to build a highly adaptive, chef-driven food experience. You’ll go deep into understanding eater behaviors, intent signals, and food preferences, and translate them into a scalable personalization roadmap that meaningfully lifts retention, conversion, and LTV. Our users make hundreds of micro-decisions every week; the goal is to simplify all of them.
