About The Position
This role owns the end-to-end strategy for a core product area, partnering closely with design, engineering, and operations. A strong product manager drives business impact by solving the right problems with the least resistance—whether through product, process, or people. Success is measured by outcomes, not output. Great product managers balance short-term wins with long-term scalability, making intentional trade-offs between speed and sustainability. Your work will be instrumental in creating seamless, scalable solutions for the movement of money, accounting ledger, and accurate reporting/remittance. By delivering innovative, user-centric financial tools, you will ensure Flow’s technology is as dynamic and forward-thinking as the communities we build.
