We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Patient Experience to join a U.S.-based digital health company and lead the evolution of patient-facing experiences across the full care journey. This role is ideal for a senior, highly autonomous Product Manager with deep experience in B2C healthcare products, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams while balancing discovery and execution. As a Senior Product Manager – Patient Experience, you will own and drive key initiatives across patient-facing web and mobile applications. You will work closely with design, engineering, data, and clinical teams to deliver intuitive, empathetic, and effective digital experiences that improve patient engagement, activation, and outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, healthcare workflows, and data, and plays a critical role in shaping how patients interact with healthcare technology at scale. Healthcare experience is mandatory, and prior exposure to U.S. healthcare systems is strongly preferred.
