About the position

Paysafe is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Partner and ISV Integrations to accelerate growth in the US SMB Merchant business. This leadership role is in the SMB Product Pillar and is responsible for integrating and launching new solutions into market within the partner and ISV sales channels. This position requires a broad spectrum of expertise in both card present and card not present payment processing in the SMB space as well as a working technical knowledge of system integration, especially back-office platforms used by FinTech companies. This individual will partner with the sales, pricing, risk, compliance, marketing, legal, privacy and technology teams to drive the partner and ISV integration projects to completion. The ideal candidate for this position will lead and influence other groups within Paysafe while also being the primary point of contact for our partners and ISVs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage partner and ISV integrations spanning different types of products in the payments space
  • Create and revise product strategy in partnership with the broader Product team
  • Create and execute on monthly and quarterly strategic product roadmaps
  • Effectively communicate the product strategy to large internal and external audiences
  • Own multiple partner and ISV relationships from a strategic perspective
  • Define and manage product KPIs for partner and ISV product portfolio
  • Understand the partner and ISV product portfolio — value props, strengths, weaknesses — and constantly re-evaluate growth or enhancement opportunities, or recognize when to pivot
  • Evaluate new and potential products, product enhancements, product categories, and vertical plays
  • Recommend and queue up new opportunities for internal evaluation, prioritization, and commercialization
  • Make key decisions when evaluating business opportunities, partnerships, integrations, and market expansion
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products to refine the product roadmap and drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent product strategy experience
  • 7+ years of all aspects of the payment processing industry, particularly in the SMB merchant space
  • Strong experience managing commercial software products as well as payment device hardware products
  • Experience collaborating with or managing outside partner relationships
  • Ability to 'get things done' while work on multi-team projects
  • Strong English communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and a self-starter mentality
  • Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to both external client and internal executive teams
