Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in SaaS product management, with a focus on supply chain solutions and partner-developed applications.
  • Proven track record in supply chain as a digital innovation leader or business consultant with technical and customer facing experience.
  • Extensive working knowledge of optimization techniques and technologies.
  • Experience with Maestro is valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, balancing partner requirements, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Act as the primary liaison between our company and external partners. Manage relationships and coordinate joint efforts.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand supply chain challenges, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and end-users to identify pain points, feature requests, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner-developed applications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
  • Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the product lifecycle.
