About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for FP&A to lead the development and execution of the company-wide FP&A technology roadmap, ensuring management reporting is consistent across the enterprise while meeting the unique needs of each business segment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A systems, financial reporting, or financial systems product management.
• Direct experience with OneStream (design, implementation, or administration).
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional technology projects.
• Strong understanding of planning cycles, corporate finance operations, and data governance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI for dashboarding and visualization.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS in a reporting or integration context.
• Experience with data architecture or reporting integrations in Azure Data Lake.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end FP&A product roadmap, aligning it with the priorities of Corporate, ABL, and AIS.
• Lead enhancements, configuration, and scaling of OneStream as the central FP&A and reporting platform.
• Ensure that enterprise-wide reporting is standardized, accurate, and timely while allowing for segment-specific flexibility.
• Serve as the voice of the business across multiple stakeholder groups, translating business goals into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define and prioritize data analytics requirements.
• Partner closely with segment FP&A, Corporate Finance, and technical teams to deliver value incrementally.
• Develop training plans, champion adoption, and lead change management across user groups.
• Define and track KPIs related to reporting timeliness, forecast accuracy, and user satisfaction.
