By building exceptional, customer-centric experiences for both Upstart borrowers and internal Operations teams, this team plays a crucial role in making Upstart the premier destination for consumer credit. This team focuses on our flagship product, Personal Loans, and directly impacts our growth in this business by reducing friction for applicants and improving the efficiency of our operations. As the Senior Product Manager, Onboarding Experience at Upstart, you will own the strategy and execution for the Onboarding Experience team, focusing on reducing borrower wait time throughout the application process for Upstart's flagship personal loans product. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive both large-scale initiatives and smaller, data-driven experiments that optimize customer and business outcomes. You'll lead our efforts to uplevel both internal Operations tooling and borrower-facing user experiences in order to shorten application times, simplify our processes, and grow the business.
