Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or a related tech environment
  • 3+ years managing or scaling regional product teams, preferably with North America focus
  • Track record of shipping successful products or platform features for enterprise customers
  • Visionary Leadership: Can shape and communicate an inspiring product vision grounded in customer insights
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, cloud architectures, alongside the ability to translate business needs into platform solutions
  • Market Acumen: Deep understanding of North American enterprise and app markets
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at leading across sales, engineering, and customer success
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about understanding and solving real-world user problems
  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or a related tech environment
  • Experience supporting or scaling regional product teams, preferably with North America focus
  • Track record of shipping successful products or platform features for enterprise customers
  • Visionary: Can shape and communicate an inspiring product vision grounded in customer insights

Responsibilities

  • Develop and champion Plotline’s product vision for North America in alignment with global strategy
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities, feature enhancements, and integrations based on evolving customer needs
  • Lead competitive analysis and drive product differentiation in the region
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure product launch excellence and successful customer adoption
  • Define value propositions and create materials for sales enablement
  • Build relationships with strategic customers and partners to inform platform direction
  • Guide product requirements from discovery through delivery in collaboration with engineering
  • Establish and evangelize a regional product roadmap that addresses complex enterprise and mid-market use cases
  • Implement feedback loops with customers and internal teams to continuously improve the product
  • Attract, develop, and mentor top product talent as the team grows
  • Foster a data-driven, customer-centric culture within the North American product org
  • Develop and advocate for Plotline’s product vision for North America in alignment with global strategy
  • Support competitive analysis and product differentiation in the region
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure product launch excellence and successful customer adoption
  • Help define value propositions and create materials for sales enablement
