Your Mission: As our Senior Product Manager, Mobile, you will transform AfterShip’s mobile app, serving millions of monthly active users into the world’s most intelligent post-purchase experience platform. As the single-threaded owner, you will define the strategic vision and drive execution of data-driven and AI-powered innovations that turn order tracking into a proactive experience, creating value for both customers and brands. Reporting to the Head of Product (Omnichannel), you will work closely with Engineering (R&D), Design, QA, Product Marketing, and Algorithm teams (data scientists/ML engineers) to build products that anticipate customer needs and reduce delivery friction. This US-based, remote role requires frequent work during APAC hours to collaborate with distributed teams.
