About The Position
U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Senior Product Manager, Merchant Payment Services (MPS) (multiple positions) in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves developing data-insights-driven products and solutions by analyzing structured data using analytical techniques. The candidate will design, develop, and implement a data analytics framework to analyze authorization, dispute, and interchange cost data for customers. Additionally, the position requires converting data analysis and model results into interactive Power BI dashboards for reporting to internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will also investigate repeated transitions and establish a business rules framework to improve authorization approval rates, collaborate with internal teams and VISA on data reconciliation, and work with chargeback and downgrade teams to develop product requirements and go-to-market strategies. Furthermore, the role includes building generative AI chat bots on the MPS data platform to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions for authorization and interchange cost optimization.
