Our technology efficiently manages the real-time assignment of Runners to Favors, facilitates communication between customers, Runners, and support, keeps thousands of customer and Runner mobile applications in sync, and more. As Senior Product Manager, Menu Experience, you will be responsible for evolving and elevating the ordering experience across restaurant, convenience, and grocery experiences, with a special focus on our growing H-E-B Now product line. You will serve as a strategic partner and user-driven, creative problem solver for product management to leaders across the company and set the domain’s vision and strategy, determine what’s on the roadmap, and support the squad in day-to-day execution of product management. You will lead a team of native mobile, web, and backend engineers to deliver a differentiated consumer experience as well as maintain the menu-management components of internal tools. Content, Merchandising, Marketing, and key H-E-B teams will be your partners in ensuring your strategy is well supported and aligned with broader business objectives.
