We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of our next-generation locker platform. This role owns the multi-year vision and roadmap across hardware, software, payments, and integrations. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, market-defining solutions while partnering with leading global travel, leisure, and aviation organizations. This is a high-impact leadership role combining product strategy, technical execution, and commercial ownership.

Requirements

  • Proven success managing concurrent hardware and software product development including manufacturing coordination and system integration.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management.
  • Systems thinker with experience in complex integrations (payments, ERP, IoT, field operations).
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen (pricing strategy, ROI modeling, cost analysis).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of complex, hardware-enabled or infrastructure-based products.
  • Experience scaling hardware and software products across multi-site or global deployments.
  • Strong financial acumen, including business case development, pricing strategy, and ROI modeling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Design, or related technical field
  • Occasional travel to vendors, customers, and field sites (at least 10%)
  • Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using hands and arms for data entry, typing and computer work; manual dexterity to operate computer system.
  • Visual acuity is needed to read detailed reports and spreadsheets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (PCI, data privacy ADA, UL, CE, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, PLM tools, and product lifecycle management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Own and drive the multi-year locker platform roadmap across hardware, software, payments and integrations.
  • Translate business strategy, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into prioritized product initiatives.
  • Maintain understanding of competitive landscape, emerging technologies and white space opportunities to inform roadmap and differentiation strategy.
  • Product Development Lead end-to-end product development from concept through commercialization, managing scope, timeline, budget, and cost targets.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with customer value and technical feasibility.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, cybersecurity standards, and global certifications are embedded into product design and deployment. (PCI, data privacy, UL, CE, ADA, ISO, and related certifications).
  • Define and monitor financial and operational performance metrics (revenue, margin, utilization, uptime, ROI).
  • Stakeholder & Executive Leadership Develop business cases and secure executive alignment for product investments.
  • Communicate vision, progress, and risks to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Commercialization & Go-To-Market Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, RFP responses, and launches, acting as the primary product representative in direct customer engagements and strategic pilots.
  • Develop enablement materials, training content, and internal documentation.
  • Drive continuous post-launch optimization based on customer and operational data.
