The Senior Product Manager (IT Operations) defines and delivers the strategy for all employee-facing hardware and software. You will own the vision and roadmap for workplace solutions—including Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, VDI/cloud workstations, AV/meeting experiences, and smart space technologies—ensuring the end-to-end ecosystem is secure, productive, and aligned with evolving business needs, especially in hybrid and remote environments. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, champion user needs, and lead cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) required
  • 5+ years of product management or closely related experience in enterprise IT, SaaS, or workplace technology.
  • Track record of shipping and scaling employee-facing products in large or complex organizations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs and managing vendors/partners.
  • Experience with ITSM/ITIL processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale, VDI platforms, room systems and AV, IoT sensors, and space management tools.
  • Familiarity with agile practices and product discovery techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect workplace technology decisions to business outcomes such as productivity, employee experience, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Expertise in building ROI models, total cost of ownership analyses, and investment proposals to prioritize and justify initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of modern workplace platforms and concepts, such as: Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform), VDI and cloud workstations, collaborative AV/meeting room solutions and room scheduling, smart space instrumentation, occupancy/IoT sensors, and space utilization analytics, device management and identity (e.g., Intune/Endpoint Manager, Entra ID/Azure AD), and mobile and endpoint security.
  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to measure performance and engagement, inform prioritization, and drive continuous improvement (e.g., dashboards, telemetry, A/B testing).
  • Up-to-date on trends in hybrid work, immersive technology, and AI, and how they apply to workplace productivity and collaboration.
  • Hands-on exposure to device management, identity, and endpoint security in corporate environments.
  • Comfort with product analytics/BI tools and basic data querying.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders toward a shared product vision.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including the ability to lead workshops, write product specs, and present to executives.
  • Deep commitment to understanding user needs and delivering products that are adopted and valued.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and strategy for the modern workplace ecosystem (Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, VDI/cloud workstations, smart spaces).
  • Develop and maintain a multi-horizon product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs.
  • Conduct continuous user and market research on hybrid work trends and competitive solutions to inform prioritization.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and backlog management, delivering iterative improvements and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, IT operations, security, HR, facilities/real estate) to deliver integrated “single pane of glass” experiences.
  • Select, implement, and manage vendors/partners, including contracts, SLAs, and ensuring interoperability across the ecosystem.
  • Ensure quality, security, privacy, and compliance; embed secure-by-design and zero-trust principles in workplace solutions.
  • Drive change management, communications, training, and support readiness to maximize adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs/OKRs; instrument telemetry and run experiments to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively, translating business needs for technical teams and technical details for non-technical audiences.
