About The Position

We're looking for an Integrations Product Manager to lead our strategic push to embed GenLogs data directly into customer TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and CRM platforms. You're a technical, customer-obsessed leader who understands how freight intelligence fits into existing workflows and can architect integrations that feel native to how logistics teams already work. You'll work directly with customers to map their data flows, identify integration opportunities, and design API solutions that deliver GenLogs insights exactly where and when they're needed. You'll collaborate daily with Engineering, Data, and Customer Success to build integrations that are reliable, scalable, and easy to implement. You'll own the full integration lifecycle: discovery sessions with customers to understand their tech stack, designing integration patterns, building connector roadmaps, and ensuring successful deployments that drive adoption and retention. This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You'll spend significant time with customers understanding their systems, recognizing patterns in how data flows through their operations, and translating those insights into product requirements. You'll become the expert on how GenLogs data integrates into Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, McLeod, and other enterprise platforms that power the logistics industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on API products, integrations, or platform ecosystems.
  • Proven experience building integrations with TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle TMS, SAP TM, McLeod, TMW, MercuryGate) and/or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Proven ability to drive products from concept → launch → iteration based on customer insights.
  • Experience conducting customer-facing technical discovery sessions and translating requirements into integration specifications.
  • Ability to recognize patterns in customer data flows and workflows, then design scalable integration solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers, including presenting technical solutions and conducting on-site workshops.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly (up to 25-30%) to customer sites for discovery, implementation, and relationship building.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of shipping integrations on predictable schedules.
  • Bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in logistics, supply chain technology, freight management, or transportation systems.
  • Experience with machine learning, data pipelines, or computer vision products.
  • Experience building developer tools, SDKs, or API documentation for external developers.
  • Prior experience at a B2B SaaS company that sold into logistics, supply chain, or enterprise operations.
  • Prior startup experience, especially at high-growth, B2B SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Postgres, Mapbox, or other data/geo tools.
  • Proficient in product analytics tools (Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude) for tracking integration usage and health.
  • Founder or early startup experience (pre-seed/seed) where you had to figure things out yourself, ship with limited resources, and make things happen without a playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration discovery with customers to map their tech stacks, data flows, and workflow requirements.
  • Design and manage the integration roadmap, prioritizing TMS and CRM connectors that unlock the most customer value.
  • Work with engineering to define API requirements, data schemas, authentication flows, and error handling for seamless integrations.
  • Conduct customer workshops and technical deep-dives to understand how GenLogs data fits into their existing systems and processes.
  • Identify patterns across customer integrations and translate them into reusable connector templates and standardized APIs.
  • Collaborate with Data, Eng, and Customer Success to ensure successful integration deployments and ongoing support.
  • Establish integration success metrics and monitor adoption, performance, and reliability.
  • Travel to customer sites to conduct discovery sessions, validate integrations, and build relationships with technical stakeholders.
  • Create integration documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials for internal teams and customers.
  • Communicate insights on how customers are using GenLogs with internal teams
