About The Position

The Senior Technical Product Manager, Integrations role at Human Interest is responsible for managing the roadmap for Human Interest’s portfolio of payroll provider integrations. Payroll provider integrations are the backbone of Human Interest’s go-to-market motion. They allow us to offer retirement plans to companies in the first place, and automate critical functions that would otherwise result in work for our customers and operations teams. You will own the product strategy for integrations, lead the roadmap for a dedicated engineering team, and directly manage a product operations team who is dedicated to integration health. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Technology.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience owning a roadmap for a dedicated engineering team for a technical product area
• Self-sufficient ability to root cause analyze issues and propose fixes to technical issues
• Experience directly managing a team of 3+ individuals
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Create a product strategy that balances achieving healthy integrations, building new integrations, and automating work for our operations teams
• Thoughtfully navigate tradeoffs with key stakeholders in Partnerships, Customer Success, and Engineering
• Directly manage a product operations team, ensuring that they deliver high quality service to our customers and payroll partners
• Write clear requirements documents, and unblock engineering teams to deliver high quality work on time
• Define and own goals that measure success, rigorously deep dive errors, and continuously refine your strategy and roadmap
