As Senior Product Manager, Integration & API Platform, you will own both the Integration Platform and Korn Ferry’s API Platform, the foundational layers that enable connectivity, interoperability, and data exchange across the Talent Suite, client systems, and third-party technologies. As Senior Product Manager, you will define and deliver the Integration Platform and API Platform capabilities that power Korn Ferry’s ecosystem strategy. This includes leading initiatives to: Shape and execute Korn Ferry’s connectivity strategy, spanning product integrations, partner enablement, and API delivery. Strengthen Korn Ferry’s Built on Workday apps with deeper connectivity and data alignment. Establish integrations with key HCM, ATS, and talent systems (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Greenhouse, and iCIMS). Build and scale Korn Ferry’s API Platform, including its API Gateway, API governance, documentation, and style guide frameworks. Define and enhance API standards, security, versioning, and developer experience to ensure reliability and extensibility across all digital products. Drive the standardization, governance, and extensibility of our integration and API ecosystems to enable consistent, reliable data exchange across the suite. Deliver measurable improvements in integration scalability, partner onboarding speed, developer productivity, and data consistency across Korn Ferry’s digital ecosystem.

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Korn Ferry’s Integration Platform and API Platform, aligning with broader ecosystem and connectivity strategy.
  • Define and manage the API and integration lifecycle, including standards for design, development, governance, and documentation.
  • Partner with security and architecture teams to ensure APIs and integrations meet enterprise-grade compliance and security requirements.
  • Establish metrics for ecosystem health, including API adoption, reliability, and integration success.
  • Communicate the platform value proposition to internal stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering to deliver robust API Gateway capabilities and scalable integration frameworks.
  • Lead initiatives to expand Built on Workday integrations and connectivity with major HCM and ATS platforms.
  • Drive adoption of API-first and integration-first design principles across Korn Ferry Digital.
  • Build frameworks, tools, and developer documentation that empower internal and external developers to integrate seamlessly with Korn Ferry’s platform.
  • Partner with centralized API engineering teams to enhance core API infrastructure, developer experience, and observability.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize data flow, improve interoperability, and accelerate client onboarding.
  • Monitor usage analytics to drive API improvements and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Benchmark against market-leading integration and API ecosystems to ensure Korn Ferry’s platform remains competitive and modern.
  • 5–7 years of product management experience across the full lifecycle (ideation to launch to iteration), with a proven record of delivering scalable platform capabilities.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in API platform or integrations product management within a SaaS or enterprise software context.
  • Proven experience with API Gateway, governance frameworks, API style guides, or developer platforms.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven architectures, and integration middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar platforms).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in API, integration, and connectivity concepts, with the ability to explain technical topics to business stakeholders.
  • Skilled at defining use cases, data flows, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with API governance, developer portals, documentation frameworks, and lifecycle management tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, and partner teams.
  • Experience with product management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, ProductBoard, Figma, Lucid).
  • Well organized and able to plan and execute projects in a structured manner.
  • Experience in HCM or adjacent enterprise SaaS domains strongly preferred.
