As Senior Product Manager, you will define and deliver the Integration Platform and API Platform capabilities that power Korn Ferry’s ecosystem strategy. This includes leading initiatives to: Shape and execute Korn Ferry’s connectivity strategy, spanning product integrations, partner enablement, and API delivery. Strengthen Korn Ferry’s Built on Workday apps with deeper connectivity and data alignment. Establish integrations with key HCM, ATS, and talent systems (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Greenhouse, and iCIMS). Build and scale Korn Ferry’s API Platform, including its API Gateway, API governance, documentation, and style guide frameworks. Define and enhance API standards, security, versioning, and developer experience to ensure reliability and extensibility across all digital products. Drive the standardization, governance, and extensibility of our integration and API ecosystems to enable consistent, reliable data exchange across the suite. Deliver measurable improvements in integration scalability, partner onboarding speed, developer productivity, and data consistency across Korn Ferry’s digital ecosystem.
