About The Position

We're seeking a highly technical Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our insurance platform's integration strategy and technical product initiatives. This role combines deep product thinking with technical expertise to build a scalable insurance platform that powers all of our insurance product offerings.

Requirements

5+ years of product management, technical program management, or product owner experience, with at least 3 years focusing on technical products or platform development
Strong background in API development, systems integration, and platform architecture
Deep understanding of REST APIs and willingness to learn technologies specific to the insurance ecosystem
Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders
Experience managing external vendors
Technical writing and documentation expertise
Project management and organization

Nice To Haves

Experience working with insurance clearinghouses or insurance technology

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for our insurance platform's integration infrastructure and partner ecosystem
Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches
Lead the development of integration frameworks that enable seamless connections with clearinghouses, payers, and other 3rd party solutions
Define and maintain API standards, documentation, and integration patterns
Understand the partnership landscape and lead build/ buy decisions along with other internal teams
Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
Develop metrics and KPIs to measure integration success, platform stability, and business performance
Manage technical debt and platform scalability considerations
