We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Insights & Analytics pillar. In this role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of how we deliver insights to both our customers and internal business units. You’ll be responsible for building industry-standard reports, defining our semantic and data models, and enabling self-service reporting across the organization. You’ll also spearhead the creation of AI-driven, out-of-the-box analytics products powered by payroll and accounting data – helping studio finance and production teams make smarter business decisions and stay ahead of the competition. Internally, you’ll own the analytics roadmap that supports our business units with a modern, scalable self-service pipeline. Externally, you’ll define a single set of consolidated report types and data sources, while leading the charge on predictive modeling and insight generation that creates measurable customer value.
