  • Lead growth and adoption of AI related workflows for Axon’s in-vehicle camera products.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the customer landscape, market opportunities, current product gaps, and device innovations.
  • Own overall product strategy and growth.
  • Monitor hardware and software quality and review customer satisfaction for products at scale (100K to 1M users).
  • Make data driven product decisions using a mix of CSAT, product telemetry, and sales/marketing data.
  • Build relationships across Support, Sales, Cloud SW, distributed sister Product R&D teams, and other groups throughout the business.
  • Triage and prioritize feature improvement requests from existing customers.
  • Engage in VoC sessions to translate customer needs into well-crafted product requirement documents.
  • Work with engineering to define costs and prioritize competing needs while managing customer expectations.
  • Guide and arbitrate customer escalations with tact and deftness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM fields.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience with IoT devices, intelligent cameras, cloud SW, or public safety technology is a bonus.
  • Experience leading AI-centric feature launches.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver guidance to executive leadership and proposals to PM peers and engineering teams.
  • Strong execution skills with a spirit of ownership.
  • Ability to understand technical complexity and communicate effectively with engineering.
  • Familiarity with customer satisfaction measures (NPS/CSAT) and ability to synthesize customer feedback into product changes.
  • Experience with technologies behind cloud connected IoT devices, cameras, or AI driven workflows.
