About The Position

This position will develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life. You will be responsible for product development and enhancements across Ensono’s Hybrid Cloud product portfolio, including functioning as a central resource for the design, build, testing, operationalization, marketing and rollout as the product(s) move through the lifecycle. You will assist in executing product development plans as a hands-on partner with engineering, monitor ongoing product fitness and formulate and execute long-term plans for cost/profit control, research, analyze and promote use of new technologies and industry-leading trends, conduct market and competitive research, perform product ideation, develop product designs, and product profitability analysis. Additionally, you will develop data-driven and fact-based business cases and clearly articulate product concepts to define and qualify product strategy and direction. You will also develop, manage and prioritize the product backlog and own your product for roadmap execution, work with cross-functional teams in both the US and UK to ideate and develop new services, solutions, or programs and associated processes, manage risks, issues, actions, tasks and plans, implement and maintain product cost models for Hybrid Cloud products, provide a variety of product support for internal stakeholders and external customers, and develop collaborative relationships across teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in cloud or enterprise software.
• Creative problem solver with strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Expertise in product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain expertise in IT infrastructure design, deployment, and/or management.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, GCP, or OCI cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Knowledge and experience in pricing strategy and cost modelling.
• Demonstrable capability to learn and apply new knowledge quickly.
• Strong project management, time management and organization skills.
• Excellent analytic, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills with clarity and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead projects.
• Exceptional written communication and editing skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and technologies.
