As our Senior/Principal Product Manager, you won’t just manage features—you’ll help drive modernization across two mission-critical products, ensuring educators and administrators have the tools they need to focus on what matters most: students. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for HR/Position Control and payroll functionality in our two US ERPs, driving innovation and delivering solutions that meet the unique needs of educators, administrators, and finance teams. You are also responsible for working directly with customers to identify issues as well as high-value enhancements to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction and creating and adhering to KPIs. This role will also work with our Compliance team to keep abreast of changes to American payroll legislation. You will also serve as a key leader in driving modernization initiatives across both products, ensuring our payroll solutions evolve to meet future needs with scalable, cloud-ready, and user-centric designs.
