About The Position

The Ads Product team is responsible for monetizing Roku's platform through innovative advertising solutions across the Roku TV experience including its premiere streaming service The Roku Channel on both Roku devices and off-platform environments. Collectively, these products reach millions of users daily, creating valuable advertising inventory and engagement opportunities throughout the entire Roku ecosystem. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Roku's Household Graph and ads identity services that power addressability, targeting, optimization, measurement, and data collaboration across Roku Ads. This role owns the identity spine of the ad platform: identifier strategy and policy, match coverage and stability, identity health, and the contracts that ensure identity works consistently across impression, conversion, and audience data in a privacy-safe way.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in ad tech, identity, or ad data platform-focused products
  • Strong technical understanding of identity and addressability signals, including MAIDs, IP-based signals, cookies, and common industry identity frameworks (e.g., UID2, ConnectID), plus familiarity with platform privacy frameworks such as AdAttributionKit
  • Deep expertise in identity resolution and data contracts: match strategies, coverage/accuracy tradeoffs, join semantics, and measurement impact
  • Highly analytical mindset: able to quantify value, spot gaps in assumptions, and make principled tradeoffs across privacy, reliability, durability, and monetization
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution across engineering, data science, analytics, product, privacy/legal, sales/operations, and partners
  • Experience defining SLAs/quality metrics and building operational tooling for high-scale platform services

Responsibilities

  • Identity platform ownership: Own the Household Graph and ads identity services and make identity usable across the ads platform
  • Match rate optimization: Drive identity signal quality and match rate strategy by improving conversion-to-exposure and audience-to-exposure match rates through clearer identity inputs, coverage gap analysis, and prioritized roadmap decisions
  • Programmatic addressability: Improve programmatic addressability by defining and executing identity interoperability with common programmatic frameworks (e.g., UID2, ConnectID) and measuring coverage and performance impact
  • Identity health monitoring: Establish identity health monitoring and diagnostics: coverage, stability, drift, match rates, and root-cause visibility when joins fail
  • Privacy-safe collaboration: Enable privacy-safe collaboration by defining identity constraints and matching patterns used in clean rooms and data collaboration workflows
  • Support data collaboration: Enable data collaboration that aligns with Roku’s privacy and data policy by defining identity constraints and matching patterns used in clean rooms and data collaboration workflows
  • Governance and monitoring: Own governance and usage monitoring, and ensure consistent implementations across teams
