About The Position

At GoDaddy, the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely. This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands. GoDaddy is not currently considering candidates for this role in California, Seattle, or NYC. Join our team and drive scalable revenue growth by designing and delivering monetization experiences that directly shape customer behavior and increase attach, ARPU, and incremental Gross Cash Receipts (iGCR). You’ll balance high-velocity experimentation with platform thinking - validating what works and codifying it into systems that scale globally. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for monetization experiences - from hypothesis to validation to systemization. This includes pricing and entitlement logic, bundling frameworks, shelf space design, and agent-powered workflows. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Offer-Led Growth & Monetization Operations, and Marketing-Led Growth to launch customer-facing experiences and build reusable monetization infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management with experience in growth, monetization, or experimentation.
  • Experience building and scaling systems that power pricing, packaging, or paywalls.
  • Proven success driving measurable business outcomes through product innovation.
  • Strong collaboration with Marketing-Led Growth, Legal, and Engineering teams.
  • Comfort with backend system design (you don’t need to code, but you should understand what good looks like).

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch monetization experiences that directly influence customer decisions (e.g., paywalls, upsells, shelf merchandising, bundling strategies).
  • Translate strategic hypotheses into testable, measurable MVPs and accelerate learning through high-velocity experimentation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to build flexible backend orchestration (e.g., BFF modules for pricing, entitlements, shelf logic).
  • Partner with Legal, Analytics, and Marketing-Led Growth to ensure tests are compliant, well-instrumented, and commercially impactful.
  • Codify winning patterns into scalable systems that power monetization across markets, segments, and surfaces.
  • Contribute to monetization strategy by identifying unmet needs, emerging capabilities, and levers for scalable iGCR growth.
