About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Content to lead the strategy and systems behind our content pipeline—from acquisition to moderation to curation. This is a critical role focused on ensuring GIPHY continues to deliver the most engaging and relevant content to our global users.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with platforms centered on user-generated content, media, or creative tools.
• Strong analytical chops—you're comfortable digging into data, designing experiments, and working with data teams to surface actionable insights.
• Proven experience optimizing systems and processes to scale content acquisition or moderation.
• Passionate about internet culture and attuned to trends in visual communication.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator who can drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the systems that support user-contributed content—from creators uploading GIFs to the tools that support moderation and curation.
• Deeply understand what types of content resonate most with our users through data and user signals.
• Partner with design, engineering, data science, and content operations to optimize our content acquisition and review processes.
• Define KPIs and build the data infrastructure necessary to measure content performance across various platforms and use cases.
• Translate insights into a clear, actionable roadmap that ensures we're always increasing the quality and relevance of our content library.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline tooling, workflows, and contributor experiences.
