As a Senior Product Manager for Customer Obsession at Uber, you will be at the forefront of leading Generative AI experiences tailored for our diverse customer base, which includes Riders, Eaters, Drivers, Couriers, and Merchants. Your primary mission will be to harness cutting-edge AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to empower customers to self-service their issues, all while ensuring a high level of engagement and delivering a magical experience. In this position, you will spearhead several key initiatives, including annual planning and business reviews, while collaborating closely with senior leaders across the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the product strategy and development of the customer-generative AI assistant, ensuring that it meets the needs of our users effectively. You will work in tandem with the design team, guiding their investments in research, prototyping, experimentation, and overall design thinking to create user-centric solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the machine learning team to direct their investments in the LLM and Conversational AI space, ensuring that our products are not only innovative but also technically sound. Your role will also involve integrating customer information and infographics with various Uber product teams to facilitate accurate and crafted resolutions for customer inquiries. You will be expected to maintain a truth-seeking mindset, welcoming critical feedback and making informed tradeoff decisions based on both technical and business insights. Your responsibilities will also include supervising and measuring the performance of launched products, feeding insights back into the product development process to drive continuous growth.
