About The Position

Cisco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our strategic AI Software and Platform team that is implementing Generative AI products and experiences across Cisco's broad Product portfolio. In this role you will drive GenAI-based Assistant experiences directly within portfolio of Products spanning Security and Enterprise Networking. This role demands an individual who is adept at productizing machine learning and Generative AI tools, models and agents at an enterprise scale, and who thrives in navigating complex cross-functional and cross-portfolio challenges with a customer-centric approach. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of advanced Generative AI-powered products, particularly Generative AI Assistants. Collaborate with product teams across the different Business groups and the broader Cisco ecosystem to integrate Generative AI capabilities. Stay ahead of the constantly evolving generative AI space, translating the latest research into strategic opportunities for Cisco. Drive products from conception to launch, balancing the needs of internal users and external customers, to deliver solutions that ultimately make Cisco's products more sticky and valuable to customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 1-2 years of recent experience with Generative AI and machine learning technologies.
• Proven experience in productizing Generative AI and machine learning technologies at enterprise scale.
• Background in security, enterprise networking, AI, or a related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
